Aurora Technologies, Inc. is a custom machine shop leading the industry in thermosets and thermoplastics. We are seeking a qualified Assembly/Painter for our machine shop on 1st shift. Our headquarters facility boasts a wide range of equipment and a layout designed for maximum efficiency. As we continue to experience tremendous growth, this role offers exciting opportunities for career advancement and a flexible career path within our company. 1st Shift is from 7am - 4pm Monday through Friday. 2nd Shift is from 3pm - 1:30am Monday through Thursday Overtime and weekend work may be required or asked as job duties demand. •Starting pay is based on experience ($18/hr and up!)•EARN A $500 SIGN-ON

Job Description:
Assemble parts using blueprints Install inserts to finished parts Apply finishing touches such as deburring, stamping, painting, and gluing Assist in packaging and building crates as needed Maintain accurate stock Properly identify, mix, and apply various industrial coatings
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Have an understanding of how to work with a team Must possess basic computer operation skills Ability to complete basic math and read a tape measure Some experience in manufacturing Some experience working with painting equipment Great attention to detail is a MUST Ability to meticulously follow steps and ensure quality
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours Ability to bend and squat Ability to pull/push up to 80 lbs.
