Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Golf Cart Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for the precise and timely assembly of golf carts to meet quality standards and production goals. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, quality-driven, and committed to delivering reliable, top-tier products. Key Responsibilities Assemble golf carts according to technical instructions, work orders, and engineering drawings. Ensure all components are installed accurately, securely, and to company specifications. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet or exceed daily/weekly production targets without compromising quality. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status or issues. Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures. Assist with inventory tracking, part inspections, and incoming material verification as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience in mechanical assembly, automotive, or similar manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals. Comfortable standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
