g., welders, CNC drills) and report issues as needed Safely handle materials using cranes/hoists while following all safety policies and PPE requirements Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations (6S) Follow procedures and support Quality Control to meet inspection and compliance requirements Read and interpret shop drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions Perform welding per approved WPS when trained/certified Communicate effectively and work collaboratively to meet production schedules and goals Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent work experience Reliable attendance and dependability required Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to accurately read and use a standard tape measure Experience in construction, fabrication, material handling, or manual labor is a plus (not required) Expectations for All Employees Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and develop new skills (including blueprint reading and welding) Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and adhere to procedures Commitment to company core values: People First, Respect and Integrity, Innovation, Dependability, and Enjoyment The Bridge Fabricator plays a key role in building high-quality steel bridge components in a shop environment.
