Description TKO StaffPros LLC is searching for a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Walnut,Ms. This full-time, on-site position offers a great opportunity to become part of a thriving organization within the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be involved in various tasks, from assembly to quality control, contributing to our operational goals and upholding the excellence that TKO StaffPros is known for. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $17, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development within the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities Perform assembly tasks following standard operating procedures Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety protocols and company policies Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues Participate in training sessions and development opportunities Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic math skills for measurement and calculations Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes Physical stamina to lift and move items as required
