Job Description

Fast paced and good pay… Kenyon Noble Truss, a 135-year-old family-owned company, is hiring full-time Truss Builders / Fabricators for our Day Shift — 5:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday•Friday , 40+ hours per week. Starting pay is $26 / hr. or better DOE , with overtime opportunities paying up to $39 / hr.+ . Work in a modern facility with the latest equipment. No prior experience required — we will train you.

SCHEDULE & PAY

Full time, 40+ hours per week, Monday•

Friday Day Shift:

5:30 AM•3:00 PM Starting pay $26 / hr. or better DOE Overtime opportunities paying up to $39 / hr.+ Pay advancement after 90 days

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Builders / Fabricators, assemble roof and floor trusses on the manufacturing line. Read work orders and truss drawings, lay out plates and lumber, operate assembly equipment, and build finished trusses to spec. Inspect your work for plate placement and overall quality. Work as part of a team at a steady, safe pace; keep the area clean; follow all safety protocols and wear required

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for the duration of your shift No prior experience required — we will train you Steel-toed shoes required (Kenyon Noble provides reimbursement)
