Job Description Montana Fence is seeking a dependable Production Welder to join our fabrication shop. This position focuses on production welding for fence panels, gates, and related metal products. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to work, and can maintain consistency in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on fence panels, gates, and custom metal products Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and specifications Produce clean, consistent welds while meeting production standards Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area Work closely with shop team members to meet deadlines Qualifications MIG welding experience required Fabrication experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Overtime may be available depending on workload Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Life insurance Profit sharing Work Location In-person at our Great Falls, Montana facility Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, MVR review (if applicable), and pre-employment drug screening.
