  Local Leader in Materials Engineering Solutions is seeking Entry Level Assembler in the Clean Room on a Day Shift position

Responsibilities:

• Will be assembling mechanical, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies
• Will complete units using hand tools, power tools and miscellaneous equipment.
• Applies basic skills to wire, assemble, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate equipment and sub-assemblies.
• Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required.
• Follows basic work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, sketches, assembly shop and production operations sheets, parts, and wire lists, to construct assemblies.
• Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects.
• Enters data in computer to put in progress, work expense and labor details.

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0•1 year of electro-mechanical assembly and/or wiring experience.

Training is provided!

• Mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, and a basic understanding of schematic reading is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be willing to wear PPE the entire shift (Hood, Coveralls, Gators, Gloves, and Safety glasses and shoes).
