Job Description

Semiconductor Company is seeking several Entry Level Assemblers to join their growing team. Training is provided! Will be assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools and miscellaneous equipment. Applies basic skills to wire, assemble, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate equipment and sub-assemblies. Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required. Follows basic work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, sketches, assembly shop and production operations sheets, parts, and wire lists, to construct assemblies. Details finished work. Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair. Inspects parts for defects. Enters data in computer to put in progress, work expense and labor details.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires good communication skills Good hand eye coordination Willingness to learn how to read blueprints and follow precise directions
Education and Experience:
Prior electro-mechanical assembly, wiring, jewelry making or soldering experience a plus however training is provided. Mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, and a basic understanding of schematic reading is a plus Ability to pass a background check.
Shift is:
Dayshift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30pm with possible
OT Swing Shift:
Monday-Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am (shift differential applies) Pay ranges from $19-$22 per hour depending on experience.
