What You'll Do:

Remove sharp edges and excess material from machined steel generator rotor forgings using deburring tools and equipment. Inspect components to ensure surfaces meet quality and safety requirements. Clean coils, hardware, and other assembly materials prior to production use. Prepare parts and materials for assembly operations. Follow detailed work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the production process. Handle large industrial components with care and attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations. Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, machining, or metal finishing environments.

What Sets You Apart:

Previous factory industrial experience. Have basic mechanical aptitude skills. Be able to work from written instructions, use air tools, able to complete quality documents, and understand and practice safe work practices per training requirements. Be able to clearly communicate with others.
