Assembler- Start ASAP!!

Hiring Assemblers ASAP!! 1st and 2nd shift $18.50/hr Conover, NC Job Responsibilities Read and interpret simple blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to verify assembly process and quality requirements. Take direction from supervisors to understand assembly procedures and production goals. Follow assembly procedures to build parts using hands and small machinery. Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers. Position, align, or adjust workpieces or parts to facilitate assembly. Clean parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths. Pack finished parts for shipment, including labeling and bagging parts, adding corresponding instruction information, and placing bagged parts into boxes. Examine products to verify quality, including Bonnet to Body Testing and ECL testing. Identify quality issues, determine causes, and rework parts as necessary. Essential Skills Experience in assembly, manufacturing, and packing. Proficiency in using hand tools and light industrial machinery. Mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation. Ability to perform general labor and inspection tasks. Experience with forklift operation is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Integrity, reliability, responsibility, and accountability. Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written. Ability to perform work in a safe manner. High attention-to-detail with strong vision and hearing. Ability to learn new machines and production procedures. Physical ability to lift 45 pounds and perform repeated physical tasks. Manual dexterity to grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes.
