We train. Breeze Building Services builds architectural metal and elevator cab interiors. This job is in the shop — fabricate and assemble panels, fixtures, ceilings, and handrails. Schedule 4×10 workweek — four 10-hour days, Friday off. What you will do (training provided) Fabricate and assemble metal panels, fixtures, ceilings, and handrails Use basic hand tools (drills, grinders, tape measures, levels) Read simple layouts and follow precise measurements Finish work to a high standard — detail matters Work on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs What we provide Paid, hands-on training Tools, PPE, and mentorship Health insurance, PTO, retirement plan What you need Steady work history (short, unexplained job hopping does not qualify) Must pass a drug test Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
