Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components to build finished products according to work instructions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to complete assembly tasks Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and functionality during and after assembly Identify and report defects, missing parts, or process issues to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Track and document completed work and production output Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment Work with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines Qualifications Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production (preferred but not required) Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical documents Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Nice to Have (Optional Section) Experience on an assembly line or in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with production equipment or automated systems Experience with measuring tools or basic quality inspections Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
