Full-Time, Direct Hire Responsibilities Assemble kayaks and components according to work instructions Use power tools and hand tools during the assembly process Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy Move and position materials as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with the team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Experience using power tools preferred Previous manufacturing or technical experience a plus Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work Ability to lift 50-75 pounds Basic computer skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team High school diploma or GED preferred
