Job Summary - SOLDERING
EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Hardware Assembler, where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will bring innovative products to life. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling hardware components efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced factory environment. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met while maintaining safety and productivity. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop your mechanical knowledge and thrive in a collaborative manufacturing setting. Duties Assemble hardware components using hand tools, power tools and assembly line techniques with precision and care Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and parts throughout the manufacturing facility Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of products Conduct quality checks during assembly to identify defects or inconsistencies, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals efficiently Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and supplies used during assembly processes Qualifications Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly processes are essential for success in this role Soldering experience is required Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools and assembly line operations is required Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is a strong plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward quality assurance This opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their mechanical expertise in a thriving manufacturing environment.
