Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable 2nd Shift Inspector Assembler to join our aviation manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling precision aviation components and performing in-process and final inspections to ensure all products meet strict aerospace quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during second-shift or third-shift hours.

  • Key Responsibilities Assemble aviation parts and components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specifications Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
) Verify product conformity to aerospace quality standards and customer requirements Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or processes Maintain accurate inspection and production records Follow all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to resolve issues Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or precision assembly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with inspection tools and quality documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods #M025

Full-time, Temp-to-hire Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
