Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Buff Line Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly line process, ensuring that products meet quality standards through buffing and finishing operations. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. •Starting pay $16 per hour plus production•Duties Operate buffing machines and hand tools to finish products according to specifications. Perform quality checks on finished items to ensure they meet company standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to maintain efficient workflow. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the manufacturing process. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing operations is a plus. Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools are essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
