ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble, package, and prepare finished products for shipment Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production flow Handle materials, build pallets, and replenish supplies as needed Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned Se anima a los candidatos bilingües a postularse Mon-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM and Friday 6AM-2PM Skills Needed / Ideal Candidate Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment Team-oriented with a positive, reliable work ethic Good problem-solving skills, patience, and focus Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
