In this energetic role, you will be the vital force behind the assembly of high-quality products on our manufacturing floor. Duties Assemble components and products accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure each product meets specifications Conduct routine inspections of assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot assembly issues promptly Assist in loading, unloading, and staging materials in the manufacturing facility as needed Requirements Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred, with a strong understanding of assembly processes but not necessary. Mechanical knowledge or background that enables effective use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety guidelines at all times Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks with precision Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent hand-eye coordination Basic understanding of mechanical components and assembly line operations Join us in creating innovative products while advancing your skills in a vibrant manufacturing environment!
