The Final Assembly Technician plays a vital role in the production process by completing the final assembly of products and ensuring that all finished products adhere to high-quality standards. Final Assembly Technician 2nd Shift Your main responsibilities will be: Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures. Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks. Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements We offer: Tuition Reimbursement Program- We encourage team members to continue their education to support their current or future work.
