Pay:
$17.50/hr
Shift:
3rd Shift Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift. Job Duties Assemble industrial fan components following work instructions and diagrams Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring devices for accurate assembly Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns Maintain a clean and safe work area (6S and safety compliance) Work with team members to support production goals and improvements Perform other duties as assigned What You Need High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams Experience using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/bending throughout shift Comfortable in a production environment with PPE and moderate noise
