Job Title:
Parts Assembly Line Support Job Description Support the assembly line by ensuring a consistent flow of parts as needed. This role requires experience in warehouse and assembly line environments and processes. Responsibilities Follow all company safety rules and regulations. Train and become certified in the use of forklifts, cranes, and other necessary machines. Follow all quality standards and procedures. Assist in assembly tasks. Help with machine tear downs for shipping if needed. Essential Skills Experience in warehouse/parts picking. Mechanically inclined. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Experience with mechanical assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 1 year of assembly experience using hand and power tools. Metal shop experience is ideal but not required. Ability to identify different tools and hardware. Ability to be on feet for 10+ hour shifts. The pace allows for personal speed, yet adheres to deadlines for project progress. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with mandatory Fridays currently. Dress code aligns with safety standards suitable for an assembly line setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
