• What You'll Do:

• + Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and take apart products + Read blueprints and use gauges to make sure everything is top quality + Help keep things safe by joining in safety checks and maintenance + Spot issues early and be part of solving problems + Jump in to help in different areas on the shop floor + Work together in a positive, team-focused environment

• What You'll Bring:

• + High school diploma or equivalent + At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing or as a mechanic (preferred) + Good communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to stay organized and work efficiently—even when it's busy + Reliable attendance

• + Be on your feet—walking, standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and doing hands-on work + Use your hands for repetitive tasks and computer work + Stay safe with good hearing and vision for spotting details
