This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work independently after training while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include reading schematics and blueprints, operating assembly equipment, and ensuring finished products meet specifications. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities:

Assemble electromechanical components using crimping, soldering, and potting equipment Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Inspect finished products and monitor quality, reporting any issues Assist with order fulfillment including pulling, packing, and inventory tracking Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to standard cycle times

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use basic hand tools Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and ability to multitask effectively Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing digital instructions
