We prioritize innovation, quality, and continuous improvement—and we are looking for a detail-oriented Electronics & Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fluidics Assembly Technician to perform precision assembly of plastic fittings, tubing, and fluidic subassemblies used in high-performance analytical instruments. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality, leak-free assemblies in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble plastic fittings, tubing, valves, and fluidic components with precision Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards Ensure proper sealing, alignment, and leak-free performance of all assemblies Inspect parts and completed assemblies for defects or inconsistencies Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets Identify and report quality or process issues and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in precision assembly, manufacturing, or fluidics systems preferred Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Preferred Skills:
Experience with small tubing, fittings, or leak-tight assemblies Background in medical device, laboratory equipment, or similar precision manufacturing Familiarity with basic tools and inspection techniques
