Responsibilities include:
Building and assembling athletic padding Painting and finishing products Using basic hand and power tools Loading and unloading delivery trucks Operating a forklift Assisting with shipping and production Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Traveling when needed to support projects Staying productive while working independently Experience with upholstery is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right attitude. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorization to work in the United States Basic construction or fabrication knowledge Experience using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the day Willingness to work Monday-Friday with overtime, weekends, and 8-12 hour shifts when needed First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Why People Stay Here This is the kind of place where your work matters, your effort is noticed, and your teammates become friends.
