Job Description

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to bring on additional Cable Assemblers. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting complex cable and mechanical assembly work.
Position:
Cable Assembler Shift:
Monday through
Thursday:
7:00 AM•4:30
PM Friday:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM Every other Friday off (alternating schedule)
Pay:
$20.00•23.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities Assemble products according to established production standards Perform box build and complex mechanical assembly Read and interpret drawings, travelers, and bills of material Use measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping equipment Perform hand crimping, spot tying, and continuous lacing Apply heat shrink sleeving and boots Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, sleeves, and bus wire splices Pot assemblies as required and clean molds Perform spot checks to ensure products meet quality standards Notify management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions Follow all company policies and safety procedures Wear required PPE at all times Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Prior cable assembly experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Good time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity Ability to lift up to 10 lbs Preferred Qualifications IPC-610 and/or IPC-620 training or certification If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
Pay Details:
