Competitive Compensation:

Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS

• Developmental opportunities and college tuition program assistance As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Standing for extended periods
• 8-hour shifts
• Control handheld power tools
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
