These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities offering steady hours, hands-on work, and long-term career growth. Industrial Assembler Shift:
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay:

Job Duties:
  • Assemble mechanical and industrial components according to work instructions and engineering drawings
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documentation
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Verify parts, materials, and components before assembly
  • Perform basic testing and quality checks on finished products
  • Maintain accurate production and assembly records
  • Support continuous improvement and workplace organization initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, maintenance, or mechanical experience preferred
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
  • Blueprint reading experience is a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks

Pay Details:
