Assembler

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our assembler team. In this role you will be responsible for assembling industrial machines using a variety of components. This is a hands-on position that requires both mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assemble machines and subassemblies using provided parts and drawings Install components such as shafts, sprockets bearings, and other hardware Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies Ensure all components are installed correctly and function as intended Inspect work to maintain quality and accuracy standards Troubleshoot minor fitment or alignment issues during assembly Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow safety procedures at all times

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or hands-on technical experience Familiarity with hand tools (wrenches, drills, tape measure, etc.) Basic understanding of mechanical systems and how parts fit/work together Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or instructions Experience working with bearings, chains, sprockets, or similar components is a plus Traits we are looking for: Strong attention to detail Good problem-solving ability and mechanical intuition Reliable and shows up on time ready to work Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently and stay productive Team-oriented mindset
