This position reports to:

Production Supervisor __ Your Responsibilities Assemble and build medium and high voltage electrical vacuum switches utilizing standardized tools and equipment Interpret production drawings and work instructions, which include wire schematics, outlines, BOMs and wire diagrams Utilize internal systems to access drawings and files Relay any discrepancies/non-conformance related issues to the responsible individual Complete all documentation and follow specific work instructions as required Must be able to work in a team environment while interfacing with team members that include product/manufacturing engineering and other internal/external customers Assist in training other team members as needed Maintain and sustain 5S processes and safety practices, including the use of PPE as required All other duties, as assigned Your Background High school diploma or GED At least 1 year manufacturing experience Basic mechanical, electrical, and hand‑tool knowledge Basic computer skills Positive, energetic attitude; flexible with cross‑training and overtime Willingness to learn new processes Able to lift 40+ lbs Able to stand or walk for 8 hours Able to reach, lift, and pull While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay starting at $19
