Assembly Technician 1st Shift

Overview Atlas Management is hiring Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing client in Trenton, NJ. This is a great opportunity for reliable, safety-focused candidates to move into a permanent role with full benefits.

Title:

Assembly Technician

• 1st Shift (Contract-to-Hire)

Trenton, NJ Schedule:

Monday-Friday + 2 mandatory Saturdays per month (various 8 hour shifts between 5:45am-2:45pm)

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Employment type: Contract-to-hire (temp-to-perm)

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort using basic tools and following written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance, including required Saturdays What you'll do Assemble components into finished products following written work instructions Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed Rotate between different workstations or work at a specific station based on your skills and training Keep your area clean and organized and report any issues to your supervisor.
