Job Description

Company Description:

Garden State Bulb, one of the largest flower bulb importers and wholesalers with over 50 years of knowledge and experience, offers a wide selection of flower bulb and perennial varieties to retailers across the country. Our customer service and distribution facilities are in Vineland, NJ, this has enabled us to provide superior service and quality to our customers. We are currently looking for a heavy duty seasonal line worker to fulfill our season packing demands.

Duties:

Fill machine with product. Inspect products and remove products that does not meet our quality standards. Accurately count and pack packages into boxes. Manually pack product into packages. Maintain a clean work area. Order fulfillment Other duties as required.

Attributes, Skills, & Qualifications:

This is a position that demands a candidate who is very reliable and who has a strong work ethic. Ability to count accurately. Follows instructions. Ability to work overtime. Fast-paced production facility.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to handle manual labor tasks, incl. lifting and moving items from 10 lbs. up to 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, stand for long periods and work in various temperature conditions

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting and may involve exposure to various conditions such as dust, noise and varying temperatures

In-Person, On-Site Work Schedule:

M-F 8am to 4:30pm

Season Timeframe:

6-10 weeks

Pay Rate:

$17.00/HR.

Weekly Payroll Pay:

$17.00 per hour
