A Production Fabricator or Assembler constructs and assembles a wide range of products, such as engines, computers, aircraft, ships, boats, toys, electronic devices, and control panels, as well as the individual parts that make up these products.

Available positions are long term to permanent. Wage increase provided once hired on permanently.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembly Technicians will be responsible for assembling clamps, safety products and/or mechanical sub-assemblies, products, or systems by performing the following duties. Reads work instructions, follows Assembly Process Details and Packaging Process Details and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device. Crimps, screws, bolts, rivets, cements, press fits, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts in place. Assembles and attaches hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies. Cleans and packs all products. Use of autobagger and label program required. Sets up and maintains machines that press, shape, or wind component parts. Performs online go-no-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards. Uses hand and power tools, bench equipment such as, but not limited to, presses, vices, drill presses, tube cutters, benders, grinders, and fixtures. Other duties as assigned
Required:
High School diploma or GED; and up to one-year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Interested Candidates must be proficient and comfortable utilizing hand tools and power tools to complete various tasks. Individuals must have previous assembly experience, specifically assembling printers and general electronic devices
