This position reports to:

Production Supervisor __ Supports the facility in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Uses machinery and equipment on the shop floor. Reads and interprets the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products. You will be mainly accountable for: Safety Understands and follows plant safety and procedures. Avoids or prevents hazardous conditions from developing. Wear appropriate protective equipment as required, dress and conducts self in a safe manner. Keeps work area clean and orderly and maintains Lean 5S. Participates in plant safety objectives. Job Functions Conducts all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines. Performs work manually or by using light hand tools. Performs regular quality testing as a part of a defined production process. Operations within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area. Education and Experience High School diploma/GED is required Prior manufacturing experience or quality control experience Preferred Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions Can work overtime to meet Business Objectives Can work a weekend schedule as needed. Skills and/or Training Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand various written instructions in English Bend, twist & turn in a safe manner Lift up to 40 Pounds Stand for long periods Good hand dexterity Strong math skills Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
