Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in various welding techniques, blueprint reading, and mechanical fabrication will contribute to the successful manufacturing of high-quality metal products. Duties Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of metal components Perform welding using multiple techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure proper fit Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures at all times Requirements Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards Skilled in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, with certification preferred Proficient in reading schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting mechanical blueprints accurately Ability to operate measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math confidently Mechanical knowledge of fabrication processes, power tools, hand tools, rigging equipment, and schematics Familiarity manufacturing environments is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Commitment to safety protocol adherence throughout all tasks Join our team where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
