Polymer Cultured Marble Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Mold Maker with a strong background in polymer cultured marble fabrication . This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality master molds and finished cultured marble products used in residential and commercial installations. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and repair fiberglass master molds for cultured marble production Prepare molds for polymer cultured marble casting Mix, pour, and finish polymer cultured marble for: Shower pans Wall panels Thresholds Ramps Sinks Tubs Additional custom components Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all castings Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines Required Experience & Skills Hands‑on experience mixing and pouring polymer materials Proven experience in fiberglass mold making Ability to fabricate, prep, and finish molds with precision Knowledge of cultured marble casting processes Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in cultured marble manufacturing environments Ability to troubleshoot mold or casting issues Familiarity with gelcoat application and finishing techniques Why Join Us Steady, year‑round work Opportunity to work with a specialized, in‑demand product line Supportive team environment Competitive pay based on experience How to Apply Submit your resume detailing your relevant experience.
