Position Summary We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a client in Sparks, NV. This role involves product and final assembly operations, ensuring all work meets specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform MIG welding on sheet metal (10-20 gauge preferred) Complete product and final assembly tasks Ensure quality standards are consistently met Perform basic equipment maintenance Support continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements Experience with MIG welding or formal welding training Ability to work with 10-20 gauge sheet metal Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, and measurements) Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English Strong attention to quality and safety standards Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Steel-toe boots required Must pass a background check

Schedule & Pay Shift:

2nd Shift (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday-Friday)

Pay:
