Our local construction and millwork company is looking for 1-2 dependable, motivated people to join our crew. We work on local commercial and residential construction and renovation projects and build custom cabinetry for both. From remodeling projects to shop woodworking and installations, the work is varied—and there's always something to learn. All experience levels are welcome! Whether you're just starting out, an experienced journeyman, or a self-employed tradesperson ready to focus on building without the headaches of running a business, we'd like to hear from you. We offer paid, hands-on learning for those getting started and competitive pay based on skills and experience. What You'll Do Commercial and residential construction: Help with framing, remodeling, renovations, and rehab projects.

Shop woodworking:

Build and assemble custom cabinets and laminated casework.

Delivery and installation:

Transport, unload, and install finished cabinetry.

General support:

Keep job sites organized and clean, and assist with occasional property maintenance. What We're Looking For Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude. A valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation. Common sense and a commitment to working safely around tools and equipment.
