Fabricator - 2nd Shift

Job description Sims-Lohman is hiring granite fabricator/polisher with previous granite fabrication experience to work at our Brooklyn Heights, Ohio location. We have second shift available. Second shift hours are 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Responsibilities include Trim, scrape or polish countertops or parts, using hand grinders and equipment Verify quality of finished countertops by inspecting them, comparing them to templates or measuring their dimensions Operate fabrication machinery to router or polish counter top edges Qualifications 6+ months' experience polishing countertops highly preferred, and/or 1+ years' experience general industrial experience using hand grinder or polisher. Ability to use a variety of hand tools including hand grinders and hand routers Ability to read shop drawings and use a tape measure Ability to work with heavyweight Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Competitive Pay Based on Experience.
