Assembler Pay:

$17.00 per hour plus 10% second shift differential

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm-11:30 pm Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a mechanically inclined Drop Operator / Assembler to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable using basic hand tools, following detailed instructions, and keeping automated production equipment running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Operate and support automated production machinery Clear basic mechanical faults using hand tools such as Allen wrenches and other equipment Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks according to work instructions Use gauging equipment as directed Verify parts against shop orders and sort materials as needed Complete required paperwork and scrap tickets accurately Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or quality concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1 year of related manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or production experience preferred Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic hand tools Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Able to follow detailed directions and production processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented and comfortable working in a diverse manufacturing environment Reliable, safety-focused, and able to support continuous production needs How to Apply For immediate consideration, submit your resume to mfgresume@hiresapphire.com .
