In this energetic role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality protective films and window tints to a variety of vehicles, ensuring flawless finishes and customer satisfaction. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and passion for automotive care will drive your success in transforming vehicles into works of art while maintaining the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship. Duties Professionally install paint protection films on vehicle exteriors, ensuring precise cuts, seamless adhesion, and a flawless finish. Apply window tint films with accuracy, managing different shades and types to meet customer preferences and legal requirements. Prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces thoroughly and inspecting for any imperfections prior to installation. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to cut, shape, and install films efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor auto body repairs, glass installation, or detailing to support overall vehicle presentation. Assist with auto glass replacement or repair projects when needed, ensuring quality workmanship. Maintain a clean work environment, organize tools and materials, and document completed work for quality control and customer records. Requirements Prior dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in auto body repair, glass installation, and vehicle maintenance. Experience with auto tinting techniques, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and auto estimating is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment required for precise installations. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods. Knowledge of automotive repair processes including auto glass replacement and detailing procedures. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on every vehicle.
