$21.50 per hour We're expanding and looking for motivated 1st Shift Assemblers to join our team. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this is a great opportunity for you. As a valued member of our team, you will: Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components using hand and power tools Follow diagrams and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality assemblies Inspect completed work to ensure it meets strict quality standards Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, and reassembly as needed Use computer systems to track and maintain inventory Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, and lift trucks To succeed in this role, candidates must: Have at least 1 year of stable work history with one employer Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality — consistent presence is critical Be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship These are essential job functions.
