Job Description

The ideal Rework Assembler will perform precision rework, repair, and modification of electronic assemblies in a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. Ensure all work meets customer specifications, internal quality standards, and applicable industry requirements. Requirements Perform rework, repair, and modification of electronic assemblies and PCBs to meet IPC and internal quality standards Diagnose defects, identify root causes, and determine corrective actions using established procedures Remove and replace components using soldering irons, hot‑air rework tools, and desoldering equipment Conduct fine‑pitch and miniature component work under a microscope Apply strong proficiency in PCB soldering and rework to IPC J‑STD‑001 standards Utilize experience with IPC‑7711/7721 rework and repair methods (preferred) Follow technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and rework instructions Maintain accurate documentation of all repair and rework activities Adhere to strict ESD handling protocols to protect sensitive components Use microscopes for detailed assembly and inspection tasks Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Apply strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem‑solving skills Work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced production environment Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with shifting priorities Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and industry best practices Minimum 3 years of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly experience (manufacturing preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting High school diploma or equivalent required Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance) BenefitsHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance Prescription & Pharmacy Benefits Flexible Spending Account Professional Development Assistance Life Insurance & Legal Plan Paid Holidays & PTO 401(k) with
