Job Description

Overview Gray Manufacturing Industries, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wire Harness Assembly Electrical Worker to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling electrical wire harnesses and related components used in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Duties Assemble electrical wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related electrical components according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions. Cut, strip, crimp, solder, bundle, and route wires using hand and power tools. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors. Follow all company safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and manufacturing protocols. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines. Requirements Ability to sit or stand for long periods during assembly operations. Good vision and hand-eye coordination for detailed assembly work. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday. Experience using hand tools, crimpers, wire cutters, soldering tools, and testing equipment. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
