Job Description

Description:
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll primarily assemble high-quality products while playing an important part in meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery. As you become established in the role, you'll also receive training in our Fabrication department. This cross-training allows you to provide support during peak production periods, fill in where needed, and develop valuable manufacturing skills across multiple areas of our operation. What You'll Do Assemble custom interior signage using a variety of materials and components. Read work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately. Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules and customer deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-train in fabrication processes to provide support and backfill coverage as production needs evolve. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn new skills. Ability to read measurements and use basic measuring tools. Mechanical aptitude or previous manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials as needed.
