Job description FieldBridge Energy seeks Shreveport, LA based Assembly and Test Operators to work for a global energy company. There are also openings for Quality Inspectors. The work in Shreveport supports data centers; tremendous opportunities for advancement in an industry that's absolutely booming. Weekly pay - get paid every Friday. Pay:

$18/hr. to $22/hr.++ DOE, great opportunities for OT pay.

Shifts:

10 hour shifts. Day & Night Shifts Available. $2.50/hr. shift differential for night shift. Work week is Mon to Thurs, so enjoy three day weekends with your family. However, at this time they are especially busy so work week is Mon to Fri. At $22.50/hr. and 50 hrs per wk for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,240 gross.

Work Facility:

This is a new business unit for the company, they have converted an old auto manufacturing plant to a facility where they will be building portable data centers and mega-capacity power distribution and generation systems. The equipment being manufactured includes, electrical distribution, generators to provide electricity, cooling and heating systems, control panels, etc. Roles and Responsibilities Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Ensure good housekeeping within own work area. Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience. Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly. Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred.
