Adecco is seeking determined and qualified Assemblers for a manufacturing client in and around Newark, NY. Position Details:
Shift:
1st Shift, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate:
$16.50 - $17.50
Key Responsibilities:
Battery Assembly:
Accurately assemble battery components in accordance with detailed specifications and quality standards, ensuring each step meets precision requirements.
Quality Control:
Perform routine inspections of assembled batteries to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies, maintaining high quality standards.
Tool Operation:
Safely operate hand tools and machinery necessary for assembly tasks, following all safety protocols.
Documentation:
Keep precise records of production counts, discrepancies, and other related documentation to support quality and process improvements.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Details:
