Monday-Thursday | 4x10 First Shift What You'll Do As a Technician, you'll work hands-on with highly detailed components and assemblies in support of production, development, manufacturing engineering, and preproduction operations. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components and subassemblies with exceptional precision Perform assembly work on production units, prototypes, and developmental products Utilize microscopes to assemble and inspect miniature components and assemblies Conduct modifications, rework, and quality testing as required Identify and adapt to detailed part variations and manufacturing inconsistencies Follow work instructions and engineering guidance in environments where documentation may be limited Collaborate with manufacturing and development engineers to support product development initiatives Maintain high standards of workmanship, accuracy, and quality Support continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing and assembly processes Ensure products meet required specifications and performance standards Required Qualifications Experience using microscopes to assemble small or miniature components Strong visual acuity and ability to perform detailed microscope work for extended periods Experience handling miniature precision devices and components Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude Ability to adapt to changing part conditions and detailed component inconsistencies Ability to work effectively in a production or development environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an ISO-controlled or clean room environment Experience assembling miniature parts into complex assemblies using microscopes

IPC J-STD-001

Solder Certification Background in electronics manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, medical device assembly, or other high-precision industries Experience performing product testing, troubleshooting, or rework activities Why Join Us? Pay Details:
