Typical Day Looks Like:
Review wiring diagrams and work orders. Set up coil-forming devices on machines. Thread wire through tension devices and guides. Wrap insulation or insert plastic blocks. Cut wire and shape end windings. Wind materials around the coil and apply varnish, epoxy, or wax. Strip insulation from lead wires and solder to terminals. Read and understand simple instructions in English.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in coil winding or related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work orders. Familiarity with hand tools and soldering equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. $19.00-$22.00/hour PRO038 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
