Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling precision components and products using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints will ensure that each assembly meets strict quality standards. Duties Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies following detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints to guide assembly processes effectively Operate manual, pneumatic, and power tools safely to complete assembly tasks efficiently Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and visual inspections to verify product specifications Handle small parts and materials manually with proper safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols during machining, soldering, or other manufacturing activities Experience Proven experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly environments preferred Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints is essential Hands-on knowledge of using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques Experience with mechanical blueprint interpretation and understanding of manufacturing standards Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely Basic understanding of soldering techniques and machining processes is a plus Strong manual handling skills combined with attention to detail for quality assurance Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to precision manufacturing excellence!
